Returns Policy

Returns
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. The cost to return the item is at the customers expense.

If the item you have purchased online is no longer available due to on site theft or damage, we will offer to order you a copy or may provide a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us before returning an item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your account.

When will I receive my order?
We endeavour to have your items to you within 3 - 7 working days. However there may be delays of your orders or our suppliers stock to us, due to weather, COVID-19, and other unpredictable circumstances. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Do prices include tax?
All prices displayed on the Holocaust Centre of New Zealand’s website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). The GST rate in New Zealand is 15%.

How much is delivery?
We endeavour to pack and dispatch your order as cost-effectively as possible. Price is according to destination, size of order, and miscellaneous handling costs including but not limited to processing time and materials.
